What data we process

When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your full name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to reply to your message and prepare a possible offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in replying to a message we received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

We keep form messages for no longer than 12 months after our last communication. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for its duration and for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

Who has access

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. To run the website we use these processors:

• Vercel Inc. – website hosting,
• Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) – delivering form messages to our mailbox,
• Google LLC (reCAPTCHA) – protecting the form against spam and automated abuse.

These providers may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU‑US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use visitor tracking or analytics tools. Fonts are served from our own server, so no third‑party servers are contacted when the page loads.

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. It loads only once you start filling in the form. Google evaluates information about your browser and behaviour on the page (such as IP address, mouse movement and time spent on the page) and may set strictly necessary cookies to tell people from bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to info@amssolutions.sk.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
